Will There Be a Slip? is the forty-eighth episode of Puchim@s which aired on March 7, 2013.
Episode Plot[]
The episode begins with a recap of the previous one. Our hostesses and commentors, Ritsuko Akizuki and Azusa Miura along with their respective puchidols, Chicchan and Miurasan introduce us to the teams of Preliminary Match B. First up is Team Makoto starring Makoto Kikuchi and Makochi. Makoto tells Makochi to do their best. Next is Team Kotori featuring Kotori Otonashi and Piyopiyo. Kotori, whose nose is gushing blood like crazy, says that Piyopiyo is too cute in a swimsuit. Ritsuko tells her to keep her nosebleeds to a minimum. Third is Team Iori consisting of Iori Minase and Io. Iori goes through a long self introduction which is, thankfully, fast-forwarded. Next is the strange Team Futami consisting of Ami Futami, Mami Futami and Takanya. The first three person team. However Ritsuko says it was supposed to be a team consisting of idols and their respective puchidols so Ami would have Koami, Mami would have Komami and Takane Shijou would have Takanya, but Ami and Mami beg Ritsuko and Takanya holds a sign that says "Pain". Ritsuko tells them to knock off being brats and they have to follow the rules, but Mami says she needs Takanya to unleash her full power. Takane appears with Koami and Komami which Ritsuko notices. Takane declares that she, Koami and Komami will form their own team. They agree and Takane goes into goofy smile mode. Everyone is happy and Ritsuo agrees but thinks it will be imbalances with teams of two and teams of three. The Producer offers to participate and does a side triceps pose but Ritsuko stares at him with a death glare and he apologizes. Ritsuko says "Now I'm mad." after the narrator says "To be continued".
